🎃 Just Cause 4 Not Saving

I have been struggling with this problem for several hours where whenever i launch the game it defaults to 800x500 on the minimum settings and no matter what i change in the launcher or the ini it always revers to this. On top of this i decided to try and play at this resolution and found it also was not saving any of my games.
